• biggest problem: renal failure, HTN

ADPKD

• much more common
• autosomal dominant

• right: very large kidneys, lumpy bumpy

• hematuria from kidney damage
• RF: cysts destroying kidneys

Medullary Cystic Kidney Disease

• early onset gout from not being able to excrete crystals
