• left normal: lung fields black
• right: puffy white stuff, enlarged heart

• fluid filling space between alveoli and bronchi

• blunting of costophrenic angle

• black arrow: lung

• RUL infiltrate

• diffused white but not fluffy white
• spaces between white: honeycombing

• sarcoidosis, primary TB, squamous cell lung cancer, asbestosis
• also looks like pulmonary HTN
